日前,中铁隧道装备制造有限公司“硬岩盾构成套装备关键技术研究及应用”项目顺利通过验收。通过该项目的实施,中铁装备在高效破岩刀盘刀具研究设计、大功率高转速主驱动、主机防滚转等一些关键技术和硬岩盾构整机集成的研发上实现了重大突破,获得授权专利18项,其中发明专利2项,为我国盾构及TBM产业升级做出了重要贡献。建立了盾构产业化生产基地,年产能40台套。硬岩盾构自2011年6月投产以来,累计实现销售收入64469.18万元,利税7100万元。
Recently, China Railway Tunnel Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. “research and application of key technologies of hard rock shield sets of equipment” project passed the inspection. Through the implementation of this project, China Railway Equipment has made significant breakthroughs in the research and development of some key technologies such as high-efficiency rock breaking cutterhead design and research, high-power and high-speed main drive, host roll-over prevention and integration of hard rock shield machines. Authorized 18 patents, including 2 invention patents, for our shield and TBM industry has made an important contribution to the upgrade. Established a shield industrial production base, with an annual capacity of 40 sets. Since its launch in June 2011, the hard rock shield has achieved a total sales revenue of 644.6918 million yuan and profit and tax of 71 million yuan.
