4月20日下午,厅党组书记、厅长黄柏青主持召开厅长办公会议,研究珠三角西水东调和高陂水利枢纽前期工作。厅党组成员、副厅长吕英明、林旭钿,厅总工程师何承伟参加了会议。黄柏青指出,珠三角西水东调工程和高陂水利枢纽建设对于保障珠江三角洲和粤东地区经济社会可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。他强调,要各司其职,各尽其责,进一步优化设计方案,加快项目前期工作进度,全力推进珠三角西水东调工程和高陂水利枢纽建设工作。

He emphasized that we should do our best to fulfill their duties, make every due contribution to them, further optimize the design plan, speed up the preliminary work of the project, and push forward the project of west-east water transfer to the Pearl River Delta and the construction of Gaocheng Water Conservancy Project.
