目的探讨非接触法测量角膜厚度的可行性及其结果与接触法测量结果的一致性。方法在我院行准分子激光角膜上皮辦下磨镶术(LASEK)及微型角膜刀准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(Epi-LASIK)前检查患者中随机抽样107人(211只眼),按近视程度分为4组,分别用非接触三维前房分析仪Pentacam及常规接触式A超角膜测量仪AL-3000测量。将测得的角膜中央厚度结果进行分组比较。结果Pentacam系统测量角膜中央厚度均值为(535.58±36.34)μm,A超测量均值为(536.73±37.18)μm,均值差的95%可信区间为(-1.88,-0.42).各组角膜中央厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Pentacam系统测量角膜中央厚度结果与A超比较差异细微,但无接触、无创伤。Pentacam系统作为常规准分子激光术前的检测手段,具有准确、无创性、简捷的临床特点,有较好的临床应用前景。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of non-contact measurement of corneal thickness and the consistency of results with contact measurement. Methods A total of 107 patients (211 eyes) underwent LASEK and Epi-LASIK in our hospital before surgery. ), According to the degree of myopia is divided into 4 groups, respectively, with a non-contact three-dimensional anterior chamber analyzer Pentacam and conventional contact A-corneal AL-3000 measurements.
