3月份是职场动荡的季节,在拿到年终的红包之后,很多员工就开始谋求新的机会。寻求其跳槽的原因会很多,或觉得在原来的岗位停滞不前,加薪幅度不如物价上涨幅度,升职更是无望;或者觉得公司的氛围让人压抑,缺乏良好的人事管理制度,自己只是替老板赚钱的一个工具,让人没有归属感或成就感;或者觉得公司的大环境不再能给自身能力的进一步提高创造机会,这种种心理的无法满足,都是造成现今社会跳槽率极
March was the season of turmoil in the workplace. After getting the year-end red envelopes, many employees began to seek new opportunities. There are many reasons for seeking job-hopping, or feel that the original position has stagnated, the salary increase rate is not as good as the rate of price increase, and the promotion is even more hopeless; or the company’s atmosphere is depressing and lacks a good personnel management system. A tool for the boss to make money, people do not have a sense of belonging or a sense of achievement; or feel that the company’s environment is no longer able to create opportunities for their own ability to further improve, this kind of mental unfulfilled, are causing the current society to jump job rate
