分析了湖南省耕地土壤退化现状与产生的原因 ;并从耕地保养管理的角度提出了依法治土 ,建立耕地保养投入长效机制 ,加强耕地质量监控和加大耕地整理复垦力度等方面防治耕地土壤退化和加强耕地质量建设的对策与建议。
Analyzed the present situation and causes of soil degradation in cultivated land in Hunan Province; and from the perspective of cultivated land maintenance management, put forward measures such as controlling soil according to law, establishing a long-term mechanism for inputting maintenance of cultivated land, strengthening the control of cultivated land quality and intensifying reclamation of cultivated land Countermeasures and Suggestions on Soil Degradation and Construction of Cultivated Land Quality.
