目的测定刺梨叶醇提物的抗氧化活性和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。方法采用DPPH和ABTS氧化自由基清除试验对刺梨叶乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性进行研究,并对刺梨叶乙醇提取物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性进行了测定。结果刺梨叶乙醇提取物具有较强的DPPH和ABTS氧化自由基清除能力及α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结论刺梨叶具有较好的抗氧化活性和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。
OBJECTIVE To determine the antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of alcoholic extract from Prickly Pear. Methods The antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts from Radix Aconiti Thunb leaves was studied by DPPH and ABTS oxidative radical scavenging assay. The α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of ethanol extract from Radix et Rhizoma Rhei was also determined. Results The ethanolic extract of Cili pear has strong DPPH and ABTS scavenging activities and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Conclusion Cili leaves have good antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity.
