介绍了集材技术发展的历史及现状。对拖拉机集材进行了机械结构设计,并用 ANSYS 对减速器壳体进行了优化分析。实验证明理论分析可以满足实际生产的需求。实验数据表明拖拉机集材效率要高于 J -50 集材机的效率,为更进一步的研究提供了参考。
The history and current situation of the development of skidding technology are introduced. Mechanical design of the tractor skid was carried out and the reducer shell was optimized by ANSYS. Experiments show that the theoretical analysis can meet the actual production needs. The experimental data show that the efficiency of tractor skidding is higher than that of J -50 skidder, which provides a reference for further research.
