中国传媒产业组织的优化途径宜从以下几个方面考虑 :(1)转变政府职能、重构传媒行政管理体制是传媒产业组织优化的基本前提 ;(2 )产权改革是传媒产业组织优化的必要条件 ;(3)实施集团化战略是传媒产业组织的现实途径。
