主轴锥孔的加工精度,对车床主轴锥孔轴线的径向跳动精度有直接影响.我厂在新产品试制和小批量生产时,因工艺装备未配套,精磨主轴锥孔的夹具用两个中心架分别支承在主轴的前、后支承轴颈位置,经找正后磨削锥孔.由于中心架刚性差,装夹误差不一致,找正较费时,主轴锥孔磨削精度低,经过反复几次磨削,精度只能达到远端300mm处径向跳动0.008~0.01mm,锥孔接触面70%,操作难度大,生产效率低,不适宜批量生产.为此,设计了如图所示磨削主轴锥孔的专用夹具.
