介绍了智能结构的组成部分及其特性.针对国内智能结构的应用较少的情况,研制出一种基于电流变材料的智能结构,成功地应用于镗削颤振的抑制.这种结构具有控制方便,实时可控,能耗小,结构简单等特点,为其实际应用和机械振动控制提出了一个新途径.
Introduced the components of intelligent structure and its characteristics. In the light of the limited application of intelligent structures in China, a smart structure based on ER material has been developed and successfully applied to the suppression of flutter in boring. This kind of structure has the characteristics of convenient control, real-time controllable, low energy consumption and simple structure. It puts forward a new way for its practical application and mechanical vibration control.
