1SP板简介SP板是一种以钢绞线配筋用先张法工艺生产的预应力砼空心板。SP是英文SPANCRTE的缩写,也是美国福霖公司对SP板的注册商标。SP板可用作工业与民用建筑的楼板,屋面板和墙板,构筑物的盖板和桥梁的桥面板。SP板有以下显著特点:a.多种尺寸的板高和合理的孔型,SP板的板高为100mm(本集未编入)130mm、180mm、200mm、250mm、300mm和380mm。板高180mm以上的孔型均采用鸭蛋型,此种孔型在生产时最不易塌孔。
1SP board introduction SP board is a kind of prestressed concrete hollow board produced by pretensioning process with strand reinforcement. SP is the abbreviation of SPANCRTE in English and is also a registered trademark of the United States Fulin Company on the SP board. The SP board can be used as a floor slab for industrial and civil buildings, roof panels and wall panels, covers for structures, and bridge decks for bridges. The SP board has the following salient features: a. Various sizes of board heights and reasonable hole types, the board height of the SP board is 100mm (this set is not included) 130mm, 180mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 380mm. The plate type with a height of 180 mm or more adopts a duck egg type, and this type of hole is the most difficult to collapse when it is produced.
