肌红旦白(Myoglobin)是一种含卟啉的旦白质,为骨骼肌的正常组成部分。其分子量较小(分子量为17,000),仅有血红旦白分子量的1/4,又很少和其他血清旦白结合,所以当肌肉受到创伤时,肌红旦白就很容易通过肾滤随尿排出。Lugin(?)uhl(1962)在研究人肌红旦白时发现,心肌肌红旦白与骨骼肌的肌红旦白在免疫学上是相同的。因此心肌梗塞早期,坏死心肌释放的肌红旦白可由尿中检出。本文将我院1976年12月至1977年8月间尿肌红旦白定性试验60例的结果作一初步总结。
Myoglobin is a porphyrin-containing protein that is a normal component of skeletal muscle. Its molecular weight is small (molecular weight 17,000), only 1/4 of the molecular weight of hemoglobin, and rarely combined with other serum albumin, so when muscle trauma, muscle red white is very easy to pass through the kidney with urine filtration discharge. Lugin (?) Uhl (1962) in the study of human muscle red white found that cardiac muscle red white and skeletal muscle muscular red white immunologically the same. Therefore, early myocardial infarction, myocardial necrosis released muscle red white can be detected in the urine. In this paper, our hospital from December 1976 to August 1977 qualitative test of 60 cases of urine red blood cells made a preliminary summary.
