培养高职生的反思能力是提高思想政治理论课教学实效的重要途径,是造就自我成长、具有独立人格、创新能力的应用型技术人才的基础。培养高职生反思能力的措施主要有:提出反思问题,引发学生反思;建立民主和谐的师生关系,把学生的反思引向深入;开发实践资源,提升反思能力;利用第二课堂,培养反思能力。
To cultivate the reflective ability of higher vocational students is an important way to improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses and the basis of applied technical talents who create self-growth, independent personality and innovation ability. The major measures to cultivate the ability of reflection for higher vocational students are as follows: to raise the issue of reflection, arouse the reflection of students; to establish a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, to divert the students’ reflections further; to develop practical resources and enhance the ability of reflection; to use the second classroom to cultivate reflection ability.
