性欲低下是指持续的或反复发生的对性活动缺乏欲望,或者是长时间内对性活动的欲望水平较低。临床上主要表现为缺乏性幻想,缺少参与性活动的兴趣,主动性行为的要求减少。性欲低下可以是一种终身表现,即终身性或原发性性欲低下。也可以只是在一段时间内发生,这时的症状常常与患者周围环境和当时情景有关,称为继发性或环境性性欲低下。
Lack of libido means constant or repeated lack of desire for sexual activity or a long period of low desire for sexual activity. The main clinical manifestations of lack of sexual fantasies, lack of interest in participatory activities, reduce the requirements of active behavior. Low libido can be a lifelong manifestation of life-long or primary sexual loss. It can only happen within a period of time, when the symptoms are often related to the patient’s surroundings and the current situation, known as secondary or environmental low sexual desire.
