高职辅导员是高校师资力量和学生思想教育工作的核心部分,对学生的教育与管理起着举足轻重的作用,是学生成长成才道路上的引路人。针对工学结合视域下高职辅导员工作开展存在的问题,提出相应的对策及建议。
Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the core part of teachers’ ability and ideological education in colleges and universities. They play an important role in the education and management of students and are the guide for students in their growth and success. Aiming at the existing problems of higher vocational counselors in the field of combination of work and study, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
