前言钨矿中钨和硫的测定,已往都是单独称样进行,这样不仅消耗大量试剂,而且主要的是时间花得太长。例如钨的测定,采用古典的辛可宁法,至少需要十六个小时;改用了硝酸铵法,也还需要八个小时,才能得出结果。硫的测定已往大都是采用古典氧化锌半熔,硫酸钡沉淀法,虽能获得准确度高的结果,但所需时间至少也是八个小时。如果钨矿中要测定钨和硫,就需要三四天才能报出结果。这跟目前大跃进的形势要求,是不相适应的,并且在原材料的消耗上,也不符合增产节约的原则。
Foreword The determination of tungsten and sulfur in tungsten mines has traditionally been carried out on a separate scale, which not only consumes a large amount of reagents, but also mainly takes too long. For example, the determination of tungsten, using the classical cinchine method, requires at least sixteen hours; instead of the ammonium nitrate method, it takes eight more hours to reach the result. The determination of sulfur has mostly been the use of classical zinc oxide semi-melting, barium sulfate precipitation, although the results can be obtained with high accuracy, but the time required is at least eight hours. If tungsten and sulfur are to be measured in tungsten ore, it will take 34 days to report the result. This is incompatible with the current situation of the Great Leap Forward. It does not meet the principle of increasing production and saving the consumption of raw materials.
