本文对土耳其和台湾大地震的成因和造成的损失进行了分析和总结 ,了解到设计合理性和施工质量对结构抗震性能的重要性。同时讨论了地震发生后抗震救灾的经验和教训 ,对今后的抗震减灾有一定的借鉴作用
This paper analyzes and summarizes the causes and losses caused by the earthquakes in Turkey and Taiwan and finds out the importance of design rationality and construction quality to the seismic performance of structures. At the same time, the experience and lessons learned from the earthquake relief after the earthquake are discussed, which can be used as a reference for the earthquake and disaster reduction in the future
