健肝灵是复方五味子制剂,光华药厂生产,临床认为有较好的降谷丙酶的疗效。据报道,联苯双酯对各型肝炎亦有迅速降谷丙酶的作用。为对比健肝灵与联苯双酯(中国医科院实验药厂生产)的降谷丙酶的疗效,我们选取慢性迁延性肝炎(下称慢迁肝)100例分为两组(各50例)进行临床疗效观察,结果表明健肝灵及联苯双酯均有较好的降酶效果,联苯双酯对谷丙酶的复常率似乎较快,但无效率以健肝灵组为低。现把
