我刚刚参加完“第九届全国电视小品大赛”归来,作为监审评委感触颇多,有喜也有忧,喜的是创作还算繁荣发展;忧的是一些老问题尚未得到重视和解决。长期以来,戏剧小品有了长足的发展,出现了一大批优秀作品(其中有的作品至今仍然屡演不衰,持久地受到观众的欢迎),但是在艺术理论建设上是严重不足的,创作起来多少要带有盲目性,而且是我行我素,缺乏沟通和指导,为此不能不影响到这个受到群众普遍欢迎的戏剧门类之健康成长与发展,乃至出现了停滞不前的不够景气之现象,
