东曹公司于6月19日表示,该公司位于日本蜀南的南阳联合装置中的特种橡胶氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)生产能力扩增了1000吨/年。通过此次扩能,该公司在南阳联合装置CSM的总能力增加至9500万吨/年。增加的产能将使东曹可支持需求的持续增长和新的应用。CSM的市场需求预计将保持坚挺,特别是在亚洲的汽车相关应用中。东曹以Toso-CSM品牌名称将CSM推向市场,日本以外占销售的70%~80%。
Tosoh Corporation said on June 19 that the company’s special rubber chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) production capacity in its Nanyang complex in Shunan, Japan, has expanded by 1,000 tons / year. Through this expansion, the total capacity of the company in Nanyang Joint Plant CSM increased to 95 million tons / year. Increased capacity will allow Tosoh to support the continued growth in demand and new applications. CSM’s market demand is expected to remain strong, especially in automotive-related applications in Asia. Tosoh marketed the CSM under the Toso-CSM brand name, accounting for 70% to 80% of sales outside of Japan.
