本文报道了用紫外分光光度法测定氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu),硫酸醛基长春碱(US)在组织中和体液中浓度的方法。测定了2例肺癌患者在手术中经肺动脉灌注给药后,2种药物在肺组织、肿瘤组织和血液中的浓度及其药代动力学参数。
In this paper, a method for the determination of 5-fluorouracil and vinblastine sulfate in tissues and body fluids by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was reported. The concentration and pharmacokinetic parameters of two drugs in lung tissue, tumor tissue and blood were measured in two cases of lung cancer patients undergoing pulmonary artery perfusion.
