在初中体育课程中,引体向上是《国家学生体质健康标准》的测试内容之一,主要考查学生的全身力量和协调用力的能力,所以要提高成绩就应当全面练习力量,上下肢力量、腰腹力量、背部力量都要练习。由于中学生引体向上的水平不尽人意,受到各方的关注。因此,如何有效改善和提高中学生的引体向上水平是广大体育教师面临的一大难题。本文通过对引体向上的用力方法和练习形式进行了探讨,希望能为提高学生的引体向上水平提供一定的帮助。
