【目的】考察不同质量浓度穿心莲连作土壤提取物对其种子的化感作用。【方法】制备连作0年、连作1年及连作2年的穿心莲栽培土壤水、醇提取物,稀释至不同试验浓度用于穿心莲种子发芽试验。【结果】穿心莲连作土壤的水提物及醇提物均对穿心莲种子的发芽指数、发芽势、发芽率及胚根长有不同程度的抑制作用,但其抑制作用与连作年限无明显关联,3个连作年限土壤的抑制效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。水提物中,以125 mg/m L的抑制效果最强。醇提物中,高浓度醇提物的抑制作用较强,尤以抑制胚根长度的作用最为明显。在水提物和醇提物作用下,穿心莲种子各萌发指标的化感效应指数(RI)均RI<0,并且化感综合效应(SE)也均SE<0。【结论】穿心莲连作土壤提取物对其种子萌发存在化感抑制作用,化感作用可能是造成穿心莲连作障碍的原因之一。
【Objective】 To investigate the allelopathic effects of the extracts of Andrographis paniculata (L.) Merr. On soil with different mass concentrations. 【Method】 Soil water and alcohol extracts from Andrographis paniculata continuous cropping for 0 year, continuous cropping for 1 year and continuous cropping for 2 years were prepared and diluted to different test concentrations for the seed germination test of Andrographis paniculata. 【Result】 The results showed that both water extract and ethanol extract of Andrographis paniculata had inhibitory effects on the seed germination index, germination energy, germination rate and radicle length of the seeds of Andrographis paniculata. However, the inhibitory effect did not correlate with the duration of continuous cropping. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the inhibitory effects of continuous cropping soil (P> 0.05). Water extract, to 125 mg / m L of the strongest inhibitory effect. Alcohol extract, high concentrations of alcohol extract inhibition is stronger, especially in inhibiting the role of radicle length is most obvious. Under the action of water extract and alcohol extract, RI of all the seed germination indexes of Andrographis paniculata were both RI <0, and the sensitization comprehensive effect (SE) also had SE <0. 【Conclusion】 The extract of Andrographis paniculata has allelopathic effects on the germination of its seeds. Allelopathy may be one of the reasons for the continuous cropping disorder of andrographis paniculata.
