本文报告以2,4—二硝基氟苯制遣大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型的方法和结果。造模完成后12天内观察的36只大鼠中32只的结肠有明显的溃疡形成和炎性细胞浸润;与37只健康大鼠比较,溃疡期大鼠离体结肠的肠腔基础压降低,推进活动表现为节律异常增高、相对性肛向出超或单纯无力型改变。而造模后第12~第50天观察的11只大鼠仪1只发现溃疡;本组大鼠结肠的炎性细胞浸润减轻,其中8只的肠壁尚有较明显的纤维组织增生,属溃疡恢复期。该恢复期大鼠结肠的推进行为较溃疡期明显好转。
This article reports the method and results of treating rat ulcerative colitis model with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene. Twenty-two of the 36 rats observed within 12 days after completion of the model had significant ulceration of the colon and inflammatory cell infiltration; the basal pressure of the intestine of the isolated colon was lower in ulcerative rats compared to 37 healthy rats. Promoting activities are characterized by abnormally increased rhythm, relative anal output, or simply inability to change. On the 12th to the 50th day after modeling, 1 out of 11 rats showed ulcers; the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the colon of the rats was alleviated, and there were obvious fibrous tissue hyperplasias in 8 of the rats. Ulcer recovery period. The propulsive behavior of the colon during recovery was significantly better than that of the ulcer.
