以景天三七为试材,研究了AB-8、HPD-100、D-101、DM-301、DM130 5种吸附树脂对景天三七总黄酮的静态吸附及解吸性能,并以景天三七总黄酮纯度为指标,通过单因素试验考察其吸附和洗脱条件,研究DM-301大孔吸附树脂分离纯化景天三七总黄酮的最优工艺条件。结果表明:优选的工艺条件为上样液pH为3.0,质量浓度约为1.63mg/mL,吸附速率2BV/h,用70%乙醇溶液以2BV/h解吸速率解吸,解吸液体积为5BV时解吸较完全,纯化后干浸膏中总黄酮由原来的8.99%提高到25.60%,树脂富集倍数约为3倍;DM-301型大孔树脂用于富集景天三七总黄酮效果较好,优选的工艺操作简单、方法可靠。
In order to study the static adsorption and desorption properties of total flavonoids of Sedum notoginseng, the effects of AB-8, HPD-100, D-101, DM- The purity of total flavonoids in Panax notoginseng was used as an index.
