“Building eco-Enshi Prefecture, Miao style garden, create a large state of cultural life,” which has long been the Enshi Prefecture, the state government put forward the goal. In late December 2006, Enshi Prefecture People’s Commissar, State Bureau of Education and State Educational Science Research Institute jointly held a seminar on “Five-One Project” construction of Quanzhou Nationalities School and a presentation session on inheritance and promotion of education on ethnic traditional cultures in Enshi Prefecture.
