分层教学根据学生的实际情况采用个性化教育方式,解决了“一锅端”、“一刀切”教学所无法解决的问题,尤其适合在水平良莠不齐的教学班中运用。本文从分层教学的定义、学生定位、实施策略几个方面探讨了分层教学在高中数学教学中运用的可行性。
Hierarchical teaching based on the actual situation of students using personalized education, to solve the “one pot end ”, “one size fits all ” teaching can not solve the problem, especially for the level of mixed use of classes. This article discusses the feasibility of using layered teaching in high school mathematics teaching from the aspects of the definition of layered teaching, the orientation of students and the implementation strategies.
