“工学结合”是基于教育与生产劳动相结合理论,体现职业教育从单一的学校课堂教学转移到学校课堂教学与企业顶岗实习并重的新的价值取向,是教育制度与劳动制度有机结合的一种新型学习制度。以工学结合教育为主导的教育模式,势必带动中职学校人才培养模式的改革。从中职学校人才培养模式改革的重点看,集中的体现在实践性、开放性和职业性在教学过程中的充分体现,在实验、实训、实习的“三实”环节上着实,把学生的校内学习与将来的就业需要紧密地衔接起来,将课程学习与岗位实践考核衔接起来,探索课堂学习效果与实习岗位的适应效果的一致化;积极尝试订单培养、工学结合、任务统领、项目引导、实习锻炼等能够增强学生能力素质的教学路径。
The “combination of work and study” is based on the combination of education and production labor.
