常压下使用等温积分反应器研究了B110中温变换反应的本征动力学模型。在近似工业操作条件下进行了20组正交配置实验,用非线性最小二乘参效估值法确定了幂函数型变换反应的本征速率模型,同时估算了置信区间。发现六参数和四参数动力学模型都同样适用于所考察范围内的实验数据。
The isokinetic kinetic model of temperature transformation in B110 was studied using isothermal integration reactor at atmospheric pressure. Twenty groups of orthogonal configuration experiments were carried out under approximate industrial operating conditions. The eigen-rate model of the power function-type transformation reaction was determined by nonlinear least-squares parameter estimation method, and the confidence interval was estimated. It is found that the six-parameter and four-parameter kinetic models are also applicable to the experimental data in the investigated range.
