目的观察宁心颗粒治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将60名患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组在性别、年龄、病情等方面差异无显著性意义。治疗组采用宁心颗粒口服;对照组采用能量合剂三磷腺苷(ATP)、辅酶A、维生素C、肌苷及病毒唑静脉滴注。结果治疗组在缓解临床症状、减少早搏、降低肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)及增高左心室的射血分数,缩小患儿扩大的左室内径等方面,疗效优于对照组。结论宁心颗粒具有明显缓解病毒性心肌炎患儿的症状、体征,减少早搏发生次数,降低异常升高的心肌酶学指标及改善左心功能的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ningxin Granule in treating viral myocarditis in children. Methods Sixty children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender, age, condition and so on. The treatment group was treated with Ningxin granule orally; the control group was treated with intravenous drip of energy mixture of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), coenzyme A, vitamin C, inosine and ribavirin. Results In the treatment group, in relieving the clinical symptoms, reducing the premature beat, decreasing the CK-MB, cTnI and increasing the left ventricular ejection fraction, and narrowing the enlarged left ventricular diameter in children , The effect is better than the control group. Conclusion Ningxin Granule can relieve the symptoms and signs of children with viral myocarditis, reduce the frequency of premature beats, reduce the abnormal myocardial enzymes and improve left ventricular function.
