有关脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的治疗一直是困扰神经外科界的难题,X刀作为一种微侵袭手段,可以单独运用或辅助治疗AVM病人。X刀治疗AVM的机理是使内皮细胞肿胀、变性、增生和血管腔内瘀血、血栓形成;而后出现血管内皮增殖,内皮细胞下结缔组织增生,血管腔变窄以至完全闭塞。X刀治疗AVM的疗效与畸形血管团的大小和放射剂量等因素有关。虽然可以出现脑水肿、出血等并发症,但大多比较轻微,X刀逐渐成为治疗AVM的有效方法。
The treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) has long been a dilemma for the neurosurgery community. The X-knife, as a minimally invasive technique, can be used alone or adjunctively to treat AVM patients. X knife treatment of AVM mechanism is to make endothelial cells swelling, degeneration, hyperplasia and blood vessel cavity blood stasis, thrombosis; and then vascular endothelial proliferation, endothelial cell connective tissue hyperplasia, vascular lumen narrow and even completely occluded. X knife treatment AVM curative effect and the size of abnormal vascular groups and radiation dose and other factors. Although there may be brain edema, bleeding and other complications, but mostly minor, X knife gradually become an effective method of treatment of AVM.
