[目的]明确长春花粗提物的室内杀虫活性。[方法]在温室条件下,采用喷雾处理的方法进行长春花粗提物对黏虫、小菜蛾、桃蚜和朱砂叶螨的杀虫活性测定。[结果]长春花不同部位粗提物的提取率有较大的差别,叶片的提取率最高,其次为茎部,在根部和花的提取率最低;杀虫活性测定结果表明,长春花根部粗提物对小菜蛾、黏虫、桃蚜和朱砂叶螨基本无活性或活性很低;茎部粗提物在高质量浓度下对黏虫、桃蚜和朱砂叶螨有一定的活性;叶片和花中的粗提物对4种靶标均有活性,在4000 mg/L高质量质量浓度下,小菜蛾和朱砂叶螨的死亡率可达60%左右;朱砂叶螨的死亡率为85.1%。[结论]长春花粗提物具有一定的杀虫活性。
[Objective] To clarify indoor insecticidal activity of crude extract of Catharanthus roseus. [Method] The insecticidal activities of the crude extracts of Catharanthus roseus to Mythimna separae, Plutella xylostella, Myzus persicae and Tetranychus cinnabarinus were determined under greenhouse conditions by spray treatment. [Result] The extraction rate of crude extracts from different parts of Catharanthus roseus was quite different. The extraction rate of leaves was the highest, followed by the stem and the lowest in the roots and flowers. The results of insecticidal activity showed that the crude roots of Catharanthus roseus The extract had little or no activity on the diamondback moth, moth, moth, green peach aphid and spider mite, while the crude extract from the stem had some activity against the armyworm, myzus persicae and spider mite at high concentration. The crude extracts from flowers were active against all four targets. The mortality rate of spider mite and Tetranychus cinnabarinus at the concentration of 4000 mg / L was about 60%. The mortality of Tetranychus cinnabarinus was 85.1%. [Conclusion] The crude extract of Catharanthus roseus has certain insecticidal activity.
