目的探讨青少年正常及安氏Ⅱ类1分类错不同生长型的上下颌骨旋转类型及特征。方法选取青少年正常头影侧位片158张及安氏Ⅱ类1分类错头影侧位片246张,利用线性回归法分析正常不同生长型的面高指数(FHI)与腭平面、平面及下颌平面倾斜度的相关性,建立浮动正常值表,分析正常及安氏Ⅱ类1分类错不同生长型的上下颌骨的旋转类型。结果除传统的下旋型、上旋型、离散型和聚合型4种颌骨旋转类型外,还发现有其他类型,其特点为腭平面和下颌平面中有一个平面未发生旋转,另一个发生了旋转,或2个平面均未发生旋转。在158例正常中,5种颌骨旋转类型在不同生长型中所占的比例无明显差别;而在246例安氏Ⅱ类1分类错中,5种旋转类型在不同生长型中所占的比例差别明显,垂直生长型中的下旋型及水平生长型中的聚合型显著增加。结论上下颌骨旋转除了传统的4种类型外,还存在其他类型。安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者不同生长型中旋转类型所占比例存在差异,临床诊治时应加以考虑。
Objective To investigate the types and characteristics of maxillary and mandibular rotation in adolescent with normal and class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Methods One hundred and eighty-five orthodontic photographs and 246 diagonal slices of Angle Class Ⅱ malocclusions were used to analyze the relationship between the FHI and palatal plane, And the inclination of mandibular plane, the floating normal table was established to analyze the rotation types of the maxillary and mandibular mandibles of normal and Angle Ⅱ 1 class Ⅰ malocclusion. Results In addition to the traditional four types of downward rotation, upward rotation, discrete and polygon rotation, there were other types of jaw rotation characterized by one plane of the palatal plane and the mandibular plane that did not rotate and the other occurred Rotation, or none of the two planes rotate. There were no significant differences in the proportions of five types of mandibular rotation in different growth types among 158 normal . Among the 246 cases of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion, five types of rotation were found in different growth types Significantly different proportion of the vertical growth of the type and the horizontal growth of the type of polymerization significantly increased. Conclusion In addition to the traditional four types of mandibular rotation, there are other types. There is a discrepancy between the proportions of different rotation types in patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
