美国《科学引文索引（SCI）》是当前较完善的一种检索工具，而不是评价刊物或 论文学术价值高低的权威。目前，在我国科技界与期刊界普遍存在过分强调SCI的现象。由 此可能带来一系列不良的影响，应引起有关部门的重视。
The United States “Scientific Citation Index (SCI)” is a relatively complete search engine, not an authority to evaluate the academic value of publications or essays. At present, there is a widespread over-emphasis on SCI in China’s scientific circles and periodicals. This may bring a series of adverse effects, which should arouse the attention of relevant departments.
