用SEM及XPS方法对非晶态Ni65Nb35合金氧化处理以后表面的结构及化学组成进行分析。结果表明,弱氧化条件下(例如:室温室气氧化),Nb以Nb2O5的形式在表面偏析:强氧化条件下(例如:673K,0.1MPaO2氧化),Ni以金属Ni及NiO的形式在表面偏析。金属原子与氧的亲和力可能是上述偏析过程的主要驱动力。强弱氧化条件下,合金中氧的浓度不同,造成合金的氧化、偏析行为不同。
The structure and chemical composition of the surface of Ni65Nb35 amorphous alloy were analyzed by SEM and XPS. The results show that in the condition of weak oxidation (eg room temperature gas oxidation), Nb is Nb2O5 in the surface segregation: strong oxidation conditions (eg, 673K, 0.1MPaO2 oxidation), Ni in the form of Ni and NiO on the surface Segregation. The affinity of metal atoms for oxygen may be the main driving force for the segregation process described above. Strong and weak oxidation conditions, the oxygen concentration in the alloy is different, resulting in the oxidation of the alloy, segregation behavior is different.
