刘小康香港著名设计师、艺术家,从事设计愈三十年,获奖愈三百项。除设计外,刘氏的公共艺术作品及雕塑创作亦获世界各地博物馆珍藏。历年来,刘氏也致力从事艺术教育和推广。他现身兼香港设计中心董事局副主席及香港设计总会秘书长等要职。也许你不认识刘小康,但是你肯定认得独具一格的屈臣氏水瓶。这一设计便出自刘小康之手。1981年,刘小康从香港理工大学肄业,经人引荐进入新思域设计公司。这家公司的合伙人之一是香港设计界前辈靳埭强。1996年,靳埭强邀请设计风格日趋成熟的刘小康成为公司合伙人,公司也易名为“靳与刘设计”。期间,刘小康除了设计出屈臣氏蒸馏水瓶,还持续创作及展出了不少观念及装置
Liu Xiaokang Hong Kong well-known designers, artists, engaged in the design of the more three decades, more than 300 awards. Apart from the design, Liu’s public works of art and sculpture have also been collected by museums around the world. Over the years, Liu is also engaged in art education and promotion. He appeared in the Hong Kong Design Center, Vice Chairman of the Board and Hong Kong Design Secretary and other key positions. Maybe you do not know Liu Xiaokang, but you certainly recognize the unique Watsons water bottle. This design is from the hand of Liu Xiaokang. In 1981, Liu Xiaokang from Hong Kong Polytechnic University industry, after the introduction of people into the new Civic Design Company. One of the company’s partners is Hong Kong’s design industry Jintai Jiang predecessors. In 1996, Jin Jianqiang invited Liu Xiaokang, an increasingly mature designer, to become a partner of the company. The company also renamed as “Jin and Liu Design.” During this period, Liu Xiaokang not only designed Watson’s distilled water bottles, but also continued to create and display many concepts and devices
