目的探讨热层析成像联合超声成像对乳腺癌的诊断效能。方法对298例有乳腺肿块的患者分别进行乳腺超声与乳腺热层析成像检查,以病理诊断为金标准,判断热层析单独以及联合超声的诊断效能。结果病理诊断出良性病例196例,恶性病例102例。超声检查诊断良性129例,恶性169例,敏感度99.02%,特异度62.78%,受试者工作曲线下面积0.814;热层析成像诊断良性179例,恶性119例,敏感度83.33%、特异度83.16%,受试者工作曲线下面积0.830;联合诊断良性192例,恶性106例,敏感度83.33%,特异度89.79%,受试者工作曲线下面积0.866;热层析成像检查与超声检查的非劣效性检验差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论热层析成像仪对乳腺癌的诊断效能不差于超声检查,热层析成像联合超声检查可提高乳腺癌诊断的特异度和准确度。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of thermal tomography combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 298 cases of patients with breast lumps were examined by Mammography and Mammography. The pathological diagnosis was the gold standard, and the diagnostic efficacy of thermal tomography alone and combined with ultrasound was evaluated. The results of pathological diagnosis of 196 cases of benign cases, 102 cases of malignant cases. Ultrasound examination of 129 cases of benign and malignant 169 cases, the sensitivity of 99.02%, specificity of 62.78%, subjects under the curve area of 0.814; thermal tomography in 179 cases of benign and malignant 119 cases, the sensitivity was 83.33%, the specificity 83.16%, the area under the working curve of the subjects was 0.830; 192 cases were benign and malignant, 106 cases were malignant, the sensitivity was 83.33%, the specificity was 89.79%, and the area under the working curve of the subjects was 0.866; the thermal tomography and ultrasonography Non-inferiority test difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of thermal tomography for breast cancer is not worse than that of ultrasound. Thermal tomography combined with ultrasonography can improve the specificity and accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis.
