有这样一种说法:平庸的人有一条命——性命;优秀的人有两条命——性命和生命;卓越的人有三条命——性命、生命和使命。细细想来,此言概括了三种人生境界。每个人从呱呱坠地那一刻起,就拥有了属于自己的性命。无论是达官显贵,还是平头百姓,性命只有一次。无论活得精彩纷呈、轰轰烈烈,还是潦倒落魄、黯然无光,及至离开人世,性命便就此画上了句号。由于性命只有一次,一旦失去,万事皆休,所以人人皆视如至宝。平庸的人,只是来世上走了一遭,徒有性命而已。他们既无高远的目标,亦无伟大的理想,只是饱食终日,每一天都在重复着昨天的故事。
