推进廉政风险防控机制建设,是当前党的建设和国家政权建设中一个非常现实和紧迫的问题,是社会主义市场经济快速发展的迫切需要,是保证党政干部队伍廉洁奉公的重要保障,更是建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系的内在需求。本文就廉政风险防控机制建设应把握的基本内涵和需增强的五种意识、抓住的五个环节作一探索与思考。
To promote the building of a clean and honest government risk prevention and control mechanism is a very realistic and urgent issue in party building and the construction of state power. It is an urgent need for the rapid development of the socialist market economy. It is also an important guarantee for ensuring that party and government cadres are clean and honest. More It is an inherent demand for establishing and improving a system of punishment and prevention of corruption. In this paper, we should explore and think about the five aspects that should be grasped by the basic connotation of the construction of anti-corruption risk prevention and control mechanism and the five kinds of consciousness to be enhanced.
