POEMS综合征是临床上容易误诊和漏诊的少见疾病之一,其首发症状和病程不同时期的表现复杂、多变。本研究通过对近年关于POEMS综合征的相关文献的综合分析,描述了该病的临床特点,并总结了该病的诊断及治疗要点,以期提高对此病的认识。
POEMS syndrome is one of the rare clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the disease, the first symptom and course of disease at different stages of the performance of complex and ever-changing. This study describes the clinical features of the POEMS syndrome and summarizes the main points of diagnosis and treatment of POEMS syndrome in order to improve the understanding of the disease.
