采用人工剥切扁导线绝缘漆层既费时又费力。为此,我们自制了剥切扁导线绝缘漆层的切削机,现介绍如下: 带绝缘漆层的扁形铜导线(图1)宽6.2mm,厚3.2mm。剥去绝缘漆层后裸导线宽6mm,厚3mm,长度为5~12mm。因电器元件规格不同,要求导线规格各异。 切削机结构如图2所示,它由防护罩3、端面铣刀4和6、调整套5、夹具10和机座11等组成。工作原理:电动机1旋转,带动发布两把端面铣刀。当铣刀切入导线9的绝缘漆层时,导线9轴向进给,就连续切去绝缘层,直至达到要求的长度。调整套5是按扁导线规格用于改变两端面铣刀尖的距离
It is both time-consuming and laborious to use a manually stripped flat wire insulation paint. To this end, we have made a self-made cutting machine for stripping flat insulated wire varnishes, as follows: Flat copper wire with an insulating varnish layer (Figure 1) is 6.2mm wide and 3.2mm thick.
