１临床资料 女，２５岁。无明显诱因于１９９８年６月始反复排柏油样便，每周３～４次，大便成形，无恶心、腹痛等症状。半年内前后３次住当地县医院。经上消化道钡餐造影、胃镜检查曾分别诊断为上消化道出血、贲门粘膜撕裂症。同年１１月２５日。因上述症状复发住我院。查血红
