农民工在为城市化进程做出贡献的同时,又不能完全融入到城市文化中,处于城乡边缘的“真空地带”。文章分析了农民工在身份认同方面的问题及原因,并提出了相关的制度构建,以期对农民工身份认同问题的解决有所帮助。
While migrant workers contribute to the process of urbanization, they can not fully integrate into the urban culture and are in the “vacuum zone” at the edge of urban and rural areas. This article analyzes the problems and reasons of migrant workers in identity recognition and puts forward the related system construction in the hope of helping the migrant workers to solve the identity problems.
