独立学院学生有其特殊性。目前,经管类专业《经济法》课程的教学与独立学院学生的群体性特点以及独立学院的教学要求存在矛盾,有必要对教学方法进行改革。运用体验式教学法无疑是比较恰当的选择。体验式教学法的应用可从案例教学、主题辩论教学、模拟教学、角色分配教学等方面入手。而要保证体验式教学的顺利实施,还需要处理好传统课堂教学与体验教学的关系、注重对学生的及时评价和合理评价、提高教师综合素质等。
Independent college students have their own particularity. At present, there are contradictions between the teaching of economic law course of economics and management and the group characteristics of independent college students and the teaching requirements of independent colleges. It is necessary to reform the teaching methods. The use of experiential teaching is undoubtedly the more appropriate choice. The application of experiential teaching method can start from the aspects of case teaching, thematic debate teaching, simulation teaching and role assignment teaching. To ensure the smooth implementation of experiential teaching, we also need to handle the relationship between traditional classroom teaching and experiential teaching, pay attention to the timely evaluation and reasonable evaluation of students, and improve the overall quality of teachers.
