关注每位学生的个性化、多元化发展,因材施教,是小班化教学的宗旨。在小班化课堂教学中,师生之间、生生之间能更充分、更便利地实现互动。每位学生都有展示自己的机会,并能平等地享受优质教育,教师也能实现分层教学、个别指导、公平对待每位学生。 Concerned about the individuality of each student, diversified development, individualized teaching, is the purpose of small class teaching. In small class classroom teaching, between teachers and students, between life and life can be more fully and more conveniently to achieve interaction.
