为保持医院持续健康地向前发展,满足人民群众健康需求,促进医院科技进步与人才成长,使其形成比学赶帮超的氛围,我院从1996年起,实施了“科技兴医,名医兴院”战略,收到了良好的效果。 1 主要做法 1.1 加大智力投资力度,实施“名医兴院”工程。在科技时代,医院要振兴,科技是先导,人才是关键。前些年,由于高年医生未外出学习,知识老化,中年医生又十分缺乏。对此,我院把“科技兴医,名医兴院”作为我院的发展战略,加大智力投资力度,在培养“名医”上狠下功夫。一是大胆选送人员赴南昌、广州、上海、北京、武汉等地大医院进修学习,五年来投资近60万元,培训人员397人次。二是鼓励在职人员参与函大、自考等学习,同时,有计划地增加图书室专业书刊杂志,并制订了“在职人员继续教育管理与奖励办法”,鼓励他们自学成才。三是经常请国内有名望的专家来院讲学和实地传帮带。5年来,请院外专家来院讲学、手术、会诊126人次。四是
