高等职业教育的基本任务是培养具备德、智、体、美、劳等多方面全面发展的高等技术型人才与专业型人才,这就要求学生在具备足够的专业知识与理论能力的储备基础之上,还应当具备良好的敬业精神与职业道德精神。高职院校要实现这一人才的教育与培养目标,就必须将思想政治教育作为推进教育改革的中心环节,并注重对学生健康人格的塑造。本文结合实际教学经验,从高职院校开展思想政治教育的重要意义出发,并着重就如何通过思想政治教育实现学生健康人格塑造的方式与方法进行了探索与思考。
The basic task of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-tech talents and professionals with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor aspects. This requires students to have sufficient reserves of professional knowledge and theory On the other hand, we should also have good dedication and professional ethics. In order to realize the goal of education and training for this talented person, vocational and technical colleges must take ideological and political education as the key link to promote the reform of education and pay attention to the shaping of students’ healthy personality. Based on the actual teaching experience, this paper starts from the significance of carrying out ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and emphatically discusses how to realize the healthy way of shaping students’ healthy personality through the ideological and political education.
