目的:探讨一种适合于较大年龄骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)的新型双期矫治方法并评价其对硬组织改变的效果。方法:选取30例10-15岁骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者,将治疗分为两个阶段,第一阶段给予上颌前方牵引配合快速扩弓进行治疗,约半年之后开始第二阶段多曲方丝弓技术直至咬合关系达理想状态,给予保持。结果:所有患者经两个阶段治疗后,上颌及上切牙前移,下颌向后下旋转,伴下切牙后移,均显著改善了骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者的咬合关系。结论:前方牵引可使骨改建,多曲方丝弓技术可产生牙性代偿及部分牙槽骨改建,将前方牵引与多曲方丝弓技术相结合矫治骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)疗效好,疗程短。
OBJECTIVE: To explore a new double-phase correction method suitable for large age class Ⅲ malocclusion and to evaluate its effect on the change of hard tissue. Methods: Thirty patients aged 10-15 years old with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were enrolled. The treatment was divided into two stages. The first stage was treated with maxillary anterior traction and rapid expansion, and the second stage was started after about six months Curvature silk arch technology up until the occlusion of the ideal state, given to maintain. Results: All the patients underwent two stages of treatment, the maxillary and superior incisors moved forward, mandibular and posterior rotation, and the posterior incisors were significantly improved in patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion occlusal relationship. CONCLUSIONS: Anterior traction can reconstruct the bone. Multi-curvature silk arch technique can produce dental compensation and partial alveolar remodeling. Combining anterior traction and multi-curvature arch wire technique to treat skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion, Good effect, short course of treatment.
