叶圣陶先生在“诗二十韵”中告诫我们:“所贵乎教者,自力之锻炼。”锻炼是多方面的,对于一个语文教师进行阅读教学来讲,应着力于锻炼自己善读善导的两项基本能力。关于善读,叶老指出:“惟有老师善于读书,深有所得,才能教好读书。只教学生读书,而自己少读书或不读书,是不容易收到成效的。”(《叶圣陶语文教育文集》490页)在这里,叶老讲的善读的重要标志是“深有所得”。所谓深有所得,是指对一篇文章的主题思想,布局谋篇等方面有自己的切实的精辟的分析和独到的见解。从阅读教学来
