化工装置在生产过程中,由于其原料和产品的易燃、易爆、有毒等化学特性,使其生产过程具有易燃、易爆、高温、高压的特点。如何在化工生产过程中,有效的保证现场施工作业的安全,并采取有效措施,避免发生事故,化工生产装置施工作业过程中关注的重点。本文从化工装置生产特点出发,对如何做好现场施工过程中的安全管理进行阐述,为安全管理者提供参考依据。
Due to its chemical, flammable, explosive and toxic chemical properties of raw materials and products, the chemical plant has the characteristics of being inflammable, explosive, high temperature and high pressure in the production process. How to effectively ensure the safety of on-site construction operations during the chemical production process and take effective measures to avoid accidents and focus on the construction operation of chemical production units. In this paper, starting from the characteristics of chemical plant production, elaborating on how to do well the safety management during on-site construction and providing references for safety managers.
